Z&M Botanica provides Halal, clinical-grade, and botanical skincare solutions formulated specifically for local Pakistani climate needs. By placing an order on our platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
2. Product Formulations & Usage Guidelines
All our active ingredient percentages and botanical extracts are carefully balanced to maintain skin integrity. However, individual skin sensitivity varies:
- For daily facial cleansing without stripping essential humidity, use our gentle Deep Cleansing Face Wash (100ml).
- To target blemishes and excess sebum, apply the potent Niacinamide 10% + 1% Zinc Serum (30ml). Always conduct a 24-hour patch test prior to full facial application.
- To protect your skin barrier against broad-spectrum UVA/UVB rays, layer with our lightweight Sun-Sational SPF 60 Sunscreen (30ml) before outdoor exposure.

3. Orders, Pricing & Cash on Delivery (COD)
All prices listed on the Z&M Botanica official store are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable local taxes. We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue products without prior notice.
- COD Verification: For Cash on Delivery orders, our team may verify details via call or WhatsApp. Unverified orders may be placed on hold or canceled.
- Stock Availability: Orders are subject to stock availability. If an item becomes unavailable after order placement, we will contact you via our Customer Support Team.
4. Shipping, Delivery & Tracking
We deliver nationwide across Pakistan using courier partners such as Trax, PostEx, and TCS. Delivery times typically range between 3 to 5 business days. Please refer to our complete shipping procedures for more details regarding order tracking.
5. Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
Due to hygiene and skin safety standards, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. If you receive a defective item, please report it within 48 hours with unboxing video proof.
